Our journey began 1 decade ago when our director, CEO ENGR. DAVID OKOENE  acquired some acres of spectacular landed property in the city of Benin at a very young age hoping to diverse into land banking as a source of passive investment , the grassland of Benin city, Edo state known as the heartbeat of the nation Nigeria where farming was one of its major source of income to basic families and household and also a form of upbringing to every child as a means of empowerment. Guided by the vision of creating a master-planned community that respects the land, DLK Bespoke Properties ltd. has grown into one of Nigerian’ premier landed property investor. After navigating our way through the hard times of governed policies that prohibited young entrepreneurs from making such lucrative decision to this moment where real estate investment has become the best bet when it comes to passive income .
